Account & subscription
The Service is offered as a paid subscription. Parents create the account and are responsible for credentials assigned to their minor students. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Student data & FERPA-conscious design
REALIGN Learning™ is family-scoped. Student data is the parent's, never sold, never shared cross-family. Access is governed by role-based controls documented in the Privacy Policy.
AI usage
The Service uses generative AI to author lesson plans, grade submissions, and tutor students. The AI Tutor will never confirm correctness or provide final answers to assignments. AI grades may be reviewed and overridden by the parent at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to harm minors, violate any law, or attempt to circumvent the secure assessment mode. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
